Note: This is the exact piece you will be receiving

This 28-inch Amitabha Buddha statue is crafted in copper and gilded with 24k gold, with an antique finish that softens the shine into a calm, balanced presence. Amitabha, the Buddha of Infinite Light, is depicted in the dhyana mudra, hands resting in meditative equipoise while holding a begging bowl — a symbol of pure receptivity and unshakable concentration.

Made in Patan, Nepal, by artisans of the Newar tradition, the statue bears first-class engraving: flowing leaf motifs across the robe, defined borders that hold clear depth, and gentle light-depth work across the main garment. The antique finish ensures clarity of features, allowing for steady contemplation without glare.

The face is beautifully modeled and painted with 24k gold, the eyes and lips rendered with flawless precision. His expression, serene and unwavering, is designed to draw the mind into the meditative qualities of boundless light and compassion that Amitabha embodies.

For Dharma practitioners, this image serves as a reliable support for visualization and devotional practice. It can anchor meditations on Amitabha’s Pure Land, serve as the central figure for offering rituals, or simply act as a constant reminder of the awakened qualities one seeks to cultivate. With its balanced proportions and adherence to traditional iconography, this piece is well-suited for home shrines, retreat spaces, and temples.
