Vajradhara, the Primordial Buddha of the Vajrayana tradition, embodies the inseparable union of wisdom and method. Seated in meditative equipoise, he holds the vajra and bell crossed at his heart, symbolizing the ultimate realization of enlightened mind and the non-dual nature of reality.

This statue has been meticulously handcrafted in copper and entirely gilded with 24k gold, finished in a subtle antique tone that softens the brilliance of the gilding into a warm, contemplative glow. The engraving work is executed with exceptional precision, particularly along the borders of the robes and ornaments, where delicate patterns create depth and refinement while preserving the harmony of the overall form.

The face has been carefully hand-painted with 24k gold, giving Vajradhara a serene and luminous expression. Every feature, from the gentle gaze to the balanced posture, has been shaped with great attention to detail. Equally suited for shrine practice and as a representation of traditional Newar craftsmanship, this statue serves as a powerful reminder of the innate purity and awakened nature present within all beings.
