This statue embodies the essence of simplicity and portrays Shakyamuni Buddha, the revered founder of Buddhism. The robe has been adorned with light engravings at the borders and minimal engravings throughout, creating a refined and understated appearance. The exposed skin areas and the borders of the robe have been gilded with 24k gold using a mercury process, resulting in a luxurious and luminous finish. The robe has been given a warm, brownish color, adding to the statue's rich visual appeal. The serene face of the Buddha is masterfully painted with melted gold, enhancing the delicacy and depth of the details in the eyes and lips. This stunning representation of the Buddha is a testament to the beauty and elegance of Buddhist artistry.
