Longchenpa, one of the great Dzogchen masters of the Nyingma lineage, was born in the 14th century. Jigme Lingpa, an important 17th-century Nyingma master, received the Longchen Nyingthik teachings through numerous visions of Longchenpa.
These statues of the two revered masters were specially commissioned by a Khenpo from a monastery in Pharping. He brought us clay figures from Bhutan, which we then cast and refined using our traditional statue-making techniques.
Designed with a minimalist approach, these statues focus on radiating the presence of the masters rather than elaborate engravings. They feature a partial 24k gold gilding with a rich black and brown finish. The faces are beautifully painted with gold and fine details, allowing practitioners and viewers to form a deep spiritual connection with these sacred figures.

All our statues are handcrafted. For some statues we make in high quantities, the one shown on the website will not be the exact piece. When you order these items, we will send you the exact pictures of the statue you will be receiving. While the overall look of the statue will look exactly like the one shown in the picture, each statue that we make will differ slightly upon closer inspection due to the nature of handcrafting.
To know whether you will be receiving the exact same piece of the statue, you can check the message below the ‘add to cart’ button.
We have a return policy of 14 days. For more information, read section 6: Returns of the ordering policy.
